Quba Mosque
The first mosque in Islamic history; two units of prayer here carry the reward of an Umrah.
Quba Mosque was built by the Prophet Muhammad on reaching Medina during the migration and is considered the first mosque in Islamic history.
A hadith relates that whoever leaves home in a state of purity, comes to the Quba Mosque and prays two units there earns the reward of an Umrah. It is therefore among the most important stops of the Medina visits.
Our group usually visits Quba in the morning, and guests are given enough time to pray two units.
This visit is included in our Umrah programmes.
