Frequently Asked Questions
If you cannot find the answer here, call us or send a message on WhatsApp.
+90 543 811 81 70Which documents are required for the Umrah?
A passport valid for at least six months, a biometric photograph and a meningitis vaccination certificate. We handle the visa application and travel health insurance. You only need to submit your documents; we follow up the rest on your behalf.
What is included in the price?
Return flights, the Umrah visa, hotel accommodation in Mecca and Medina, open buffet breakfast and dinner, all transfers, a free domestic connecting flight, health insurance, guided visits (Medina, Badr, Mecca and the Hudaybiyyah camel farm) and the Hudaybiyyah, Ji'ranah and Tan'im umrahs are included. The international departure tax, passport fee, lunch and personal expenses are not included; each programme page carries a detailed list.
How long does the Umrah take?
Our economy Umrah programmes run for 20 days; 7, 10 and 15-day options are also available. Departure dates are on the programme pages; call us to arrange a shorter stay.
Which cities do the flights depart from?
All our flights depart directly from Mardin and Diyarbakır. For guests joining from other cities in Türkiye we arrange a domestic connecting flight, which is included in the price.
What should I bring?
A passport valid for at least six months, ihram clothing for men, comfortable shoes and sandals for long walks, your regular medication with prescriptions, sun cream and an umbrella. If you have a chronic condition, please consult your doctor before travelling. Keeping to the group's departure times helps the programme run smoothly.
What does room type mean?
It indicates how many people share a room. A double room is the most comfortable and the most expensive; triple and quadruple rooms lower the price per person. Families may share among themselves, and guests travelling alone are paired with others of the same gender.
How can I pay?
No payment is taken at registration. A deposit is collected when the booking is confirmed, and the balance before departure. Bank transfer and credit card instalments are available; please speak with our adviser for details.
What do you offer for elderly or disabled guests?
Simply tell us during registration about needs such as a wheelchair, a room near the lift or a companion arrangement. Our group leader gives these guests particular attention.
Is an appointment needed to enter the Rawdah?
Yes. Visiting the Rawdah requires an appointment through the Nusuk application. Our guide helps everyone in the group obtain one and plans the visit times around the itinerary.
Do you take Hajj registrations?
Hajj registrations are handled through the lottery system of the Presidency of Religious Affairs and the quota allocated to agencies. Please contact us for information on availability and the application calendar.
